How do I book a cleaning service?

You can book online using our booking form, call us on 01732 495006, or email info@cleancaresevenoaks.co.uk. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, you don't need to be home. Many of our customers provide us with a key or access code. We can discuss secure key holding arrangements when you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full service cost. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Will I have the same cleaner each time?

Yes, for regular cleaning customers, we assign the same cleaner to your home each time. This ensures consistency and allows them to learn your preferences.

Pricing & Payment

How much do you charge?

Regular cleaning starts from £20.95/hour inc VAT with a minimum of 2 hours. Deep cleaning is from £25/hour. End of tenancy cleans start from £150 depending on property size. Visit our pricing page for full details.

Are your prices all-inclusive?

Yes, all our prices include VAT and all cleaning products and equipment. There are no hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Regular customers can set up a standing order for convenience.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have allergies or preferences for specific products, please let us know and we'll accommodate where possible.

Do I need to provide any equipment?

We bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment. For regular cleans, we ask that you have a working vacuum cleaner and mop available, though we can bring our own if preferred.

What's included in a regular clean?

A regular clean includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, making beds, and general tidying. Visit our services page for full details.

What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning includes everything in a regular clean plus inside oven and appliances, inside windows, behind furniture, detailed descaling, and other intensive tasks.

Trust & Safety

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, we have comprehensive public liability insurance covering all our cleaning work. You can request to see our certificate if required.

Are your staff DBS checked?

Yes, all our cleaners undergo thorough background checks including DBS (formerly CRB) checks before they join our team.

What if I'm not satisfied with the clean?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean at no extra charge.

What if something gets damaged?

Accidents are rare, but we're fully insured. Please report any damage within 24 hours and we'll handle it promptly and fairly.
